We are a small family-run company, we know that it is only with your excellent care and enthusiasm that children enjoy their time with us and develop to their full potential. Childcare always needs some hard work, but can be really enjoyable at Earlyworld with our excellent resources, good teamwork and appreciative parents. We value and support you, providing coaching during your 3-month initial period, and further development meetings and training opportunities throughout each year.
Each room has its own monthly budget for frequent new toys and resources, we listen to what you and your team feels is most needed for your children that month. We keep each room clean and fresh, and re-decorate whenever needed.
We employ both qualified and unqualified staff, but we only select the best candidates who have a genuine interest in childcare, are friendly and enthusiastic. Experience and training with Earlyworld is well-regarded locally.
Our team has a wide age range, from 18 to 60. We often have fun raising money for children’s charities – an adventurous group is pictured here about to start a sponsored ‘jailbreak’ event!
